Pizza cooking class in Giungano
On Friday May 3rd, cooking lesson with the Maestro Pizzaiolo Pietro Manganelli to learn how to make the typical pizza from Cilento. Followed by pizza tasting.

Timetable: from 10.30 am to 2.00 pm
Cost: € 10.00 for Slow Food members – € 15.00 for non-members
The course consists of a theoretical lesson of about an hour plus a practical lesson during which we will learn to light the wood-burning oven, prepare and bake the pizza.
A final tasting of the pizzas will follow.
